Dr. Márta Tkacsik
Márta Tkacsik graduated as a theoretical mathematician from Safaric University in Kazan, and at the age of 23 she obtained her PhD in complete colouring problems of complete graphs. In 1989, she started working on computer networks - one of the first to do so, the Internet, which was not yet well known in the world. He designed digital networks and communication solutions for large companies and banks. When he moved to Hungary, he worked in computer-aided business process design, developing IT and digital strategies.
Twelve years ago, she left the digital world entirely and "returned to reality", focusing on the feminine, caring being that has been at work inside her all along. She says she no longer wants to do anything else but work with Life, which she believes is about the fine-tuned collaboration of our fellow living beings and Man.
He gradually built and is still building the Apothecary Garden, a biodiverse, completely chemical-free, five-acre regenerative farm. Since its inception, "Nothing goes into the Apothecary Garden and nothing goes out of the Apothecary Garden!" as a guiding principle, as the term regenerative was not really in use at the time. The aim is to create the most complex living space possible for an increasing variety of plant and animal species, and to use them to produce real, nutrient-rich, humanely grown and processed food for humans.
Special black berries, almond plantation, living waters, forest garden, grazing animals, production and sale of self-developed health products, essentially keeping the entire value chain under one roof, from plant selection to marketing. An attempt to bring the complex lifestyle of now defunct peasant farms into the 21st century.
In the era of optimised outsourcing, the Pharmacy Garden is not a standard business model and is difficult to fit into the framework dictated by today's economic system, but it is full of deep professional conviction and confidence in the future.
"Microcosm in the Universe".
