Dr. Erzsébet Némedi
Food engineer, biotechnologist, PhD in food science. Expert of the EIT Food, member of the public body of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, expert of the EFSA Scientific Committee. For several years he was national expert delegate in Brussels in the Committee for the agri-food programme. He has worked in the pharmaceutical sector and his experience as Innovation Director in research institutes is now being put to good use in his own research development agency.
Here, he has been working for 24 years on world trends, food product development, impact, communication, regulation and sustainability issues in the food industry.
