Mykhaylo Draganchuk
Mykhaylo Draganchuk established his farm in Crimea in 1991, initially on 3 hectares. In 2006 he started using no-till technology, and the area under cultivation increased to 1400 hectares.
Its aim is to share knowledge and experience to help farmers succeed in no-till farming: with less work, more income and soil conservation.
Draganchuk is the author of the book "No-till for Beginners" and the founder and spiritual leader of the international No-till Lab educational conference. The No-till Lab is one of Europe's largest no-till conferences, attracting hundreds of professionals and interested people from all over the world every year.
