20. avgust 2024 - Budajen\u0151, Magt\u00e1r<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organizatorji so \u010dakali na ljubitelje obrtni\u0161kega kruha in pekovskih izdelkov v kraju blizu narave!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

20. avgusta praznujemo poseben dan: praznik svetega \u0160tefana, ustanovitelja dr\u017eave, ki je tudi dan novega kruha. Ta dan ni namenjen le po\u010dastitvi preteklosti, temve\u010d tudi na\u0161i prihodnosti, saj je dober kruh rezultat trajnostnega kmetovanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Obiskovalci s strastjo do dobrega kruha in \u010diste hrane so se lahko udele\u017eili strokovnih in dru\u017einskih programov. Na stojnicah razstavljavcev ste lahko na\u0161li najbolj\u0161e pekarne v dr\u017eavi in izdelke \u0161tevilnih odli\u010dnih obrtnih \u017eivilskih podjetij. Najve\u010dji ljubitelji kruha so lahko svoje spretnosti pokazali na tekmovanju v doma\u010di peki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dogodek je bil zelo uspe\u0161en, saj ga je obiskalo ve\u010d tiso\u010d obiskovalcev. Veliko ljudi je sodelovalo kot razstavljavci in obiskovalci, veseli pa nas, da je bilo poleg pekov in mlinarjev zastopanih tudi vedno ve\u010d kmetov. Tako pridemo od zemlje do kruha: kmet - mlinar - pek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tam smo bili, da bi skupaj delali za dober kruh in \u010disto hrano!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Potekale so tudi obse\u017ene panelne razprave. Na\u0161a sodelavka Vitka je sodelovala na okrogli mizi o zdravi hrani. Razlo\u017eil je, da je zdrava zemlja bistvenega pomena za zdravo hrano, in pojasnil prednosti regenerativnega kmetovanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zanimivo je, da smo prodali ve\u010d knjig za za\u010detnike, ki se ukvarjajo z obdelovanjem zemlje brez obdelave, kot na katerem koli drugem kmetijskem dogodku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
