{"id":11977,"date":"2026-06-03T15:29:05","date_gmt":"2026-06-03T13:29:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tmg.hu\/?p=11977"},"modified":"2026-06-08T19:26:36","modified_gmt":"2026-06-08T17:26:36","slug":"skrivnost-zgornjega-sloja-tal-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tmg.hu\/sl\/az-elo-talaj-titka-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Skrivnost \u017eive zemlje"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>U\u010dinkovite poti za sprejem hranil v regenerativnem kmetijstvu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u017divljenje v tleh ima temeljno vlogo pri kro\u017eenju hranil in njihovem sprejemanju v rastlinah. \u010ce je talno \u017eivljenje po\u0161kodovano ali \u0161ibko, rastline ne dobijo vseh hranil, ki jih potrebujejo, tudi \u010de v tla dodamo velike koli\u010dine gnojil. Dejansko ima uporaba gnojil pomembno vlogo pri zmanj\u0161evanju mikrobne biomase in raznolikosti v tleh. Tradicionalno se u\u010di, da rastline sprejemajo hranila iz talne raztopine v obliki anorganskih ionov s preprostimi fizikalno-kemijskimi procesi, kot sta osmoza ali aktivni transport. Vloga mikroorganizmov v tleh je degradirana na razgradnjo organskih snovi. Vendar ta pristop obravnava rastline kot razmeroma pasivne akterje in ne upo\u0161teva kompleksnih u\u010dinkov mikrobioma tal ter ve\u010dplastnega dialoga med rastlinami in mikroorganizmi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mezohir.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/1-shutterstock_2616945331.jpg\" alt=\"Mikrohizna mre\u017ea gliv v tleh\" class=\"wp-image-69436\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Hifalna mre\u017ea mikoriznih gliv \u201eraz\u0161iri\u201d doseg korenin v tleh.<br>(foto: shutterstock.com)<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mikrobiom kot sistem za prenos hranil<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Raziskave v zadnjih desetletjih so pokazale, da imajo mikrobi veliko pomembnej\u0161o vlogo pri sprejemanju hranil, kot je veljalo prej. Rastline in mikroorganizmi v tleh sodelujejo v tesnem simbioti\u010dnem odnosu. Nekatere vrste bakterij in gliv prena\u0161ajo hranila v rastlino. Endofitske bakterije in mikorizne glive na primer pomagajo pri sprejemanju fosforja, du\u0161ika in mikrohranil, medtem ko bakterije, ki ve\u017eejo du\u0161ik, zagotavljajo atmosferski du\u0161ik, druge bakterije pa mobilizirajo hranila, vezana v tleh. Rastline aktivno uravnavajo te odnose, s koreninskimi eksudati hranijo koristne mikrobe in uravnavajo procese s hormonskimi signali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sprejemanje hranil: \u017eiv, dinami\u010den proces<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V zdravih tleh vnos hranil ni le ionska difuzija, temve\u010d je rezultat \u017eivega, dinami\u010dnega ekosistema. Fizikalno-kemijske lastnosti rastline, mikrobov in tal skupaj dolo\u010dajo, koliko hranil dose\u017ee korenine. Bolj ko so tla \u017eiva in raznolika, ve\u010d je poti za sprejem hranil in rastline so bolj odporne proti stresom. Zato sodobno trajnostno kmetovanje temelji na ohranjanju in podpiranju biolo\u0161ke aktivnosti tal, ne le na kemi\u010dnem dopolnjevanju hranil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podrobneje si oglejmo odnose med tlemi, mikroorganizmi in rastlinami, ki so veliko bolj zapleteni, kot ka\u017eejo u\u010dbeniki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cikel rizofagov: hranila iz notranjosti korenine<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rizofagni cikel je razmeroma nov pristop, pri katerem rastline ne le sprejemajo hranila v obliki ionov, raztopljenih v vlagi v tleh, temve\u010d tudi aktivno \u201euporabljajo\u201d mikrobe, ki jih obdajajo. V tem procesu se bakterije in glive neprekinjeno gibljejo med tlemi in notranjostjo korenine.&nbsp;<em>James White<\/em>, raziskovalec z univerze Rutgers v ZDA, je opisal postopek (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/2076-2607\/6\/3\/95\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">10.3390\/microorganisms6030095<\/a>), kar popolnoma spremeni na\u0161e razmi\u0161ljanje o sprejemanju hranil v rastlinah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mikrobi \u017eivijo v tleh in zbirajo hranila: du\u0161ik, fosfor in razli\u010dne mikroelemente (\u017eelezo, cink, mangan itd.). Okoli konice korenine rastlina izlo\u010da sladkorje in druge snovi (koreninski eksudati), ki privabljajo te mikrobe. Nekateri od teh mikrobov vstopijo tudi v najmlaj\u0161e celice korenine, v prostor med celi\u010dno steno in celi\u010dno membrano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pri tem rastlina proizvaja reaktivne oblike kisika - v bistvu blag \u201eoksidativni stres\u201d -, ki delno uni\u010di mikrobe. Pri tem se sprostijo hranila, ki jih rastlina lahko uporabi. Vsi mikrobi niso popolnoma uni\u010deni: tisti, ki pre\u017eivijo, trikrat izgubijo celi\u010dno steno, nato pa se z rastjo koreninskih laskov skozi konice laskov vrnejo v tla, kjer se lahko obnovijo s hranili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ta cikel lahko pojasni, zakaj mnoge rastline dobro rastejo tudi takrat, ko je v tleh malo raztopljenih hranil. Ta proces morda ni zna\u010dilen le za bakterije, temve\u010d tudi za nekatere glive in kvasovke. Za zdaj \u0161e ne vemo natan\u010dno, kolik\u0161en dele\u017e hranil prispeva rastlina, vendar&nbsp;<em>John Kempf<\/em>, strokovnjak za regenerativno kmetijstvo, pravi, da je rizofagni cikel najpomembnej\u0161i proces sprejemanja hranil v zdravih tleh z dobro delujo\u010dim mikrobiomom. To daje povsem nov pogled na odnos med \u017eivljenjem v tleh in oskrbo rastlin s hranili, zlasti v kontekstu biolo\u0161kega in regenerativnega kmetovanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mikoriza: ve\u010d hranil v zameno za ogljik<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mikorizne glive imajo izredno pomembno vlogo pri sprejemanju hranil v rastlinah, saj glivna vlakna tvorijo simbiozo s koreninami in ve\u010dkratno pove\u010dajo povr\u0161ino, ki je v stiku s tlemi. Te glive prodrejo v medceli\u010dni prostor med rastlinskimi celicami ali neposredno v koreninske celice. To rastlinam olaj\u0161a dostop do klju\u010dnih makroelementov, kot sta fosfor in du\u0161ik, ki sta bistvena za rast korenin in poganjkov ter ve\u010dji pridelek. Mikoriza podpira tudi vnos pomembnih mikrohranil, kot so cink, baker in mangan, ki imajo klju\u010dno vlogo pri presnovi rastlin in odpornosti na stres. V zameno rastlina glivam zagotavlja sladkorje in druge organske snovi, ki nastanejo med fotosintezo. Imajo tudi vlogo pri ravnovesju ogljika v tleh, saj gobe ve\u017eejo in stabilizirajo organske snovi, kar izbolj\u0161a rodovitnost in dolgoro\u010dno zdravje tal. Mikoriza proizvaja<a href=\"https:\/\/mezohir.hu\/2023\/08\/27\/agrar-mikorhizzagombak-talajreteg-gombafonal-mezogazdasag\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">prispevajo tudi k izgradnji strukture tal.<\/a>: glivna vlakna in korenine skupaj tvorijo mo\u010dne in stabilne agregate, ki izbolj\u0161ujejo gibanje vode in zraka v tleh ter zmanj\u0161ujejo nevarnost povr\u0161inske erozije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ocenjuje se, da lahko pribli\u017eno 80-90% kopenskih rastlin tvori tak\u0161no simbiozo. Na trgu so na voljo \u0161tevilni mikorizni izdelki, ki jih lahko uporabimo za inokulacijo na\u0161ih tal, vendar lahko te glive gojimo tudi naravno, tako kot lahko iz moke in vode naredimo kvas. Mikorizne glive so \u0161e posebej ob\u010dutljive na motnje v tleh. Zanje lahko ustvarimo neprekinjeno \u017eivljenjsko okolje, \u010de zmanj\u0161amo motnje v tleh na najmanj\u0161o mo\u017eno mero in zagotovimo stalen, raznolik koreninski sistem rastlin. Mikorizne glive iz rastlinskih korenin zgradijo obse\u017ene mre\u017ee hif, ki jih obi\u010dajna obdelava tal fizi\u010dno poru\u0161i, kar povzro\u010di razpad hif in zmanj\u0161a razpolo\u017eljivo populacijo gliv v tleh. Sistemi brez obdelave tal pa ohranijo obstoje\u010de mre\u017ee hif, kar omogo\u010da hitrej\u0161o in intenzivnej\u0161o kolonizacijo korenin glavnega posevka. \u0160tevilne \u0161tudije so pokazale, da so sistemi brez obdelave tal bolj kolonizirani z arbuskularnimi mikoriznimi glivami (AMF), kar izbolj\u0161a sprejem hranil in vode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pokrivne rastline ohranjajo populacije mikoriznih gliv tudi v odsotnosti glavnega posevka, saj slu\u017eijo kot stalna \u017eiva gostiteljska rastlina. Razli\u010dne pokrivne rastline razli\u010dno podpirajo mikorizne glive: \u017eita in stro\u010dnice so na splo\u0161no dobri gostitelji, medtem ko lahko nekatere kapusnice s svojimi bioaktivnimi snovmi zavirajo rast gliv. Prisotnost neprekinjenega koreninskega sistema pove\u010da inokulum gliv v tleh, tako da se lahko naslednji glavni posevek hitreje in intenzivneje naseljuje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kombinacija brez obdelave tal in ustreznih pokrovnih rastlin ustvarja idealno okolje za mikorizne glive: mre\u017ea tal ostaja nedotaknjena, poleg tega pa je vedno na voljo \u017eiva gostiteljska rastlina, s katero se glive hranijo. Posledi\u010dno se bodo korenine glavnega posevka mo\u010dneje naseljevale, izbolj\u0161al se bo vnos fosforja in drugih mikrohranil, pove\u010dala se bo odpornost na su\u0161o, struktura tal pa bo zaradi zdru\u017eevalnega u\u010dinka hif gliv bolj stabilna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vezava du\u0161ika pri metuljih: naravni vir N<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sposobnost metuljnic, da ve\u017eejo du\u0161ik, je znana \u017ee od sredine 19. stoletja. Leta 1886&nbsp;<em>Hellriegel<\/em>&nbsp;in .&nbsp;<em>Wilfarth<\/em>&nbsp;V Nem\u010diji je dokazal, da lahko stro\u010dnice, kot sta grah in detelja, uporabljajo atmosferski du\u0161ik brez vira du\u0161ika v tleh in da je ta proces podprt z du\u0161ikom, ki \u017eivi v nodulih, ki se tvorijo na koreninah rastlin.&nbsp;<em>Rhizobium<\/em>&nbsp;je povezana z bakterijami. Bakterije, ki naseljujejo koreninske gomolje, pretvarjajo du\u0161ik iz ozra\u010dja v amonijak, ki ga lahko rastlina neposredno uporabi. S tem procesom lahko metuljnice znatno zmanj\u0161ajo potrebo po gnojilih, hkrati pa izbolj\u0161ajo vsebnost du\u0161ika v tleh, kar koristi naslednjemu pridelku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nastajanje koreninskih vozlov in intenzivnost vezave du\u0161ika sta odvisna od rastlinske vrste, podnebnih razmer in kakovosti talnega mikrobioma. Zdravi, aktivni&nbsp;<em>Rhizobium<\/em>&nbsp;metulji lahko sami proizvedejo do 50-80% svojih skupnih potreb po du\u0161iku. S tem se pove\u010da tudi rodovitnost tal, saj du\u0161ik, ki ga ve\u017eejo metulji&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/mezohir.hu\/2024\/06\/13\/agrar-talajbakterium-talaj-mikorrhiza-mezogazdasag\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">v organski snovi v tleh<\/a>&nbsp;dolgoro\u010dno ostati cenovno dostopna. Za kmete to pomeni, da uvedba metuljnic v kolobar ne zagotavlja le oskrbe z du\u0161ikom, temve\u010d tudi dolgoro\u010dno zmanj\u0161uje stro\u0161ke in prispeva k razvoju zdravih in odpornih pridelkov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podjetje LoginECO v Srbiji na primer zagotavlja ves du\u0161ik za svojo 3250 hektarov veliko kmetijo z gojenjem metuljev v kolobarju. Vendar pa na ekolo\u0161ko certificirani kmetiji zaradi puhanja tal z rednim gnojenjem ne morejo bistveno izbolj\u0161ati strukture tal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kaj to pomeni v praksi v regenerativnem kmetijstvu?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/tmg.hu\/sl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Zdru\u017eenje kmetov za obnovo tal<\/a>&nbsp;\u010dlani oblikujejo svoje rastlinske me\u0161anice za odeje, tako da vedno vklju\u010dujejo rastline metuljev. Najpogostej\u0161e med njimi so ostrica, vijoli\u010dni grahor, konjski fi\u017eol, pe\u0161\u010deni fi\u017eol, aleksandrijski grahor, krmni grah, ki so lahko v me\u0161anico vklju\u010deni v razmerju od 30 do ve\u010d kot 60%, odvisno od sposobnosti vezave du\u0161ika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mezohir.hu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/3-shutterstock_2516555933.jpg\" alt=\"Koreninski noduli za vezavo du\u0161ika\" class=\"wp-image-69438\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Bakterije, ki naseljujejo koreninske gomolje, pretvarjajo du\u0161ik iz ozra\u010dja v amoniak, ki ga je mogo\u010de neposredno uporabiti<\/em>&nbsp;(foto: shutterstock.com)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Napredna metoda vklju\u010devanja metuljev je uporaba medvrstnih posevkov. V tem primeru se npr. motovilec poseje v enem prehodu z eno ali ve\u010d metuljnicami (npr. z ozimno p\u0161enico in grahom). Ob koncu rastne sezone, ko rastlina dozori, se del du\u0161ika, ki ga je vezala metuljnica, sprosti in ga lahko prevzame motovilec. S tem se ne le prihranijo stro\u0161ki hranil, temve\u010d se na isti povr\u0161ini lahko pridelujeta dva razli\u010dna pridelka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u017divljenje v tleh je osnova za oskrbo rastlin s hranili. V rizofagnem ciklu bakterije in glive spro\u0161\u010dajo hranila v korenini, mikorizne glive s svojo obse\u017eno mre\u017eo hif pove\u010dajo vnos vode ter makro- in mikrohranil in hkrati stabilizirajo strukturo tal, metuljnice pa ve\u017eejo atmosferski du\u0161ik, bogatijo tla in zmanj\u0161ujejo potrebe po gnojenju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ta kompleksen, \u017eiv sistem tal omogo\u010da rastlinam, da u\u010dinkovito absorbirajo hranila, prena\u0161ajo su\u0161o in dajejo ve\u010dji pridelek.
