CEREG is an international regenerative certification scheme open to all.
The Soil Renewal Farmers' Association (TMG, tmg.hu) is a credible professional organisation of practicing farmers with many years of experience in regenerative farming. The Association has found it important to create a farmer-friendly, real-world regenerative certification with minimal administrative burden.
It is important that the regenerative system is accompanied by a well-defined framework to determine whether the farm has reached a level that truly supports soil and ecosystem regeneration.
The system has a simple structure and is based on a comprehensive scoring system that determines the ecological status of a given farm, taking into account the parameters of the whole farm. This gives an accurate picture of whether the farm meets the certification requirements.
Field - Organic - Animal
The certification scheme has been divided into three main parts, each with the same value but with added value.
Field The basic category that a regenerative farm must meet.
Organic In addition to the Field category, it indicates that the crop has been grown in a pesticide-free manner during the marketing year.
Animal The animals are kept under the requirements of a regenerative system, in intermittent, holistic grazing, under extensive housing conditions.
